When you join Intake, we reserve your service area. No other roofing contractor in your zip codes gets leads from us. One territory, one contractor.

Step 2: We qualify every lead before you see it

We run search campaigns targeting homeowners actively researching roofing in your market. Every inquiry goes through our qualification process:

• Active project in timeline (not 'eventually')
• Correct geography (inside your territory)
• Correct job type (matches what you do)
• Verified phone number with a working contact

Leads that miss any criteria are not sent to you. If we make a mistake, we replace the lead.

Step 3: You get the lead directly

Qualified leads reach you as a live phone call or a direct text message — not a form fill that goes cold over 24 hours. First-responder advantage is real: contractors who pick up in the first 5 minutes close at 3x the rate of those who follow up the next day.

Attribution and reporting

Every lead in the Growth and Pro packages comes with a tracking link and weekly reporting. You can see exactly which lead turned into which booked job, so you know your actual cost per closed job — not just cost per lead.
